Working Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Office.Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join the Information Security team, supporting the ongoing development and maturity of Vitalitys cyber security capabilities. The role plays a key part in protecting company and member data, strengthening security controls, responding to cyber threats and incidents, and supporting the delivery of the wider Information Security Strategy. Working closely with cross functional teams - this position offers broad exposure across operational security, governance, risk and security improvement initiatives.
Key Actions Provide security guidance and best practice advice to business areas and technology teams across the organisation
Support the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of the Information Security Management System to ensure continued ISO27001 compliance
Monitor security systems, tools and alerts, investigating issues and escalating incidents where required
Participate in the detection, management and response to cyber security incidents, including on-call duties
Contribute to the implementation, management and enhancement of technical security controls across the business
Support penetration testing activities and coordinate remediation of identified vulnerabilities and findings
Engage with project teams to ensure security risks are identified and addressed throughout the software development lifecycle
Undertake security due diligence assessments of third-party suppliers and technology partners
Contribute to security awareness, training activities and the development of cyber response playbooks and exercises
Produce reporting, metrics and insights that support cyber security operations and continuous improvement initiatives
