Location: Garmin Eastleigh, 4 Parham Dr, Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh SO50 4NU

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 -17:30

Salary: £30,444 per annum

As part of our friendly and knowledgeable team of Marine Product Specialists, you'll work closely with customers, dealers, and distributors, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.

Purpose of the Job:

This role exists within a busy call centre environment in the Marine Technical Support team.

You will be responsible for answering technical Marine queries, providing both pre and post-sales support.

You will also be part of a second level support team, assisting the rest of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa at a high level.

Responsible for meeting daily team and personal performance targets to ensure we are delivering a good customer service to our consumers.

Support with testing units to resolve customer issues.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

Escalate Customer queries as required

Continually improve your knowledge on Garmin Marine Technology

Assist with the Sales and Marketing team, during the Marine Boat show

Education & Experience: Technical Marine background would be desirable but not essential

Passion for Marine

Competent with PC's

Good written and verbal communication
