3rd Line Support Engineer – O365 & Azure - £350 - £400 p/day Inside IR35 – 3 to 6 months rolling – Greater Manchester
You’ll be working with a superb, fast growing, and innovative Solutions Provider, operating as a dedicated resource for their key clients, both public and private sector. For the initial two weeks of the assignment, you will be working at the client’s head office (Greater Manchester area based), thereafter, the role will operate as a Hybrid model; 3 x days on-site and 2 x days remote.

Your Responsibilities:
High level 3rd line support for multiple projects; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Last point of escalation for Azure, IaaS issues and associated Microsoft technical issues
Must have significant experience and be competent in speaking with multiple stakeholder clients.
Work across the full Microsoft stack supporting customers.
Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales.
