Job Description

A leading tech company in Swindon is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the integrity of their core data platform. In this role, you will lead the Business Intelligence team, driving data-enabled decision-making while ensuring architecture scalability and compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Computer Science or Data Engineering and proven experience in leading data engineering teams, particularly in building secure data pipelines. A competitive salary up to £75,000 is offered for this permanent position.
