Our client is looking for additional Customer Experience Advisors to deal with their American market working 4pm - midnight
This position is fully remote however you are invited into the office to work the first half of your shift whenever/if you desire
Main Duties:
Answering calls, dealing with queries regarding order, delivery and pricing
Process orders taken over the phone and via website/email onto the system accurately
Liaise with courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are seamlessly executed
Thoroughly understand the product range, including features and benefits to assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations and provide technical information
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
