Main Duties:
Answering calls, dealing with queries regarding order, delivery and pricing
Process orders taken over the phone and via website/email onto the system accurately
Recognise potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Liaise with courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are seamlessly executed
Thoroughly understand the product range, including features and benefits to assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations and provide technical information
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
Positive, with a motivated attitude towards customer service and the willingness to provide outstanding service
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
