As the new Finance Business Partner, you will report into a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager who has a thorough understanding of financial analysis and planning. This is an opportunity that will allow an ambitious accountant to demonstrate their flair for improving reporting and building relations across the business.
It is key that you work closely with the business development and operational teams in gathering information and guiding where necessary. You will thrive as part of a close knit team and work well on your own.

The job Produce accurate and value-added management information for senior management
Build strong relations between finance and operational teams.
Be responsive to queries from across the business in a timely and accurate manner.
Take responsibility for shaping and delivering the business partnering function
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business and become a trusted advisor to the services.
Create and maintain the annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
Responsible for P&L, balance sheet and cashflow forecasting
Prepare forecasting models to evaluate and provide insight on financial impact of new initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
Identify trends in performance and highlight to management potential issues and risks before they happen.
Prepare variance analysis of actuals to budget and run rates and provide recommendations to management in response to variances and their causes.
Provide insight through meaningful commentary to explain business performance and guide decision makers to commercial outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
The person specification Professionally qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Practical experience of budgeting and forecasting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly developed analytical and skills
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
365 MS Office, to include confidence in the use Of Excel
Salary & benefits Salary is £60,000 pa
