We’re looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Front of House / Barista to join our small team - someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in looking after customers and would like to become a valued member of our team.

We are an independent beachside café serving breakfast, lunch, homemade cakes, speciality coffee and seasonal food, alongside occasional evenings.

The Role

This is a hands-on role within a small team. You’ll be involved in all aspects of front of house and help make sure our customers receive the warm, friendly service we’re known for.

Typical duties include:

• * Welcoming and looking after customers.
• * Taking food and drink orders.
• * Preparing and serving barista coffee and other drinks.
• * Serving food and clearing tables.
• * Keeping front of house areas clean, tidy and well stocked.
• * Helping with opening, closing and preparation for service.
• * Keeping premises clean and tidy.
• * Working closely with the rest of the team and helping wherever needed.

Hours

Full-time or part-time positions available.

We’re happy to consider someone looking for either a permanent full-time position or regular part-time hours.

The café operates predominantly during the daytime, with some evening work for seasonal events and supper clubs.

Weekend availability is essential.
