Procurement and Contracts Co-ordinator

Dudley

Our client, based in Brierley Hill , is currently recruiting for a Procurement and Contracts Co-ordinator on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position and is due to start as soon as possible , dependent on notice. The role will require travel to the office five days per week and offers a salary of c.£30,000 .

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Managing and tracking POs for all orders

Regularly liaising with 20-30 suppliers and ensuring all contractual agreements and upheld

Resolving any invoicing queries from the accounts team

Centralising and tracking contracts, servicing, leases and agreements

Liaising with suppliers on costs, lead times and stock levels

Managing and updating stock and pricing on in-house systems

Experience required:

Two years’ experience in a similar role

Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week
