About the Role

Manage the end-to-end bid life cycle for Love2shop Business: leading bids, framework management, and providing expert bid coordination and management to deliver compelling offerings to prospects (new business) and Clients (existing business) to deliver and exceed annual targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage the end-to-end bid process for Love2shop Business, ensuring schedules, deadlines and quality metrics are met

• Ensure pre-qualification and tender documentation is analyzed and prepared in consultation with appropriate teams, identifying win strategy

• Coordinate technical, commercial, and contractual inputs into bids

• Develop creative/comprehensive proposals content, working alongside stakeholders and subject matter experts, typically engaging Love2shop Business, marketing, product, and commercial finance

• Manage the bid process, including communications, liaising with departmental heads, product experts, and business development functions.

• Produce high-quality bid documents that are clear, concise, and visually engaging

• Seek and ensure appropriate bid review and quality control prior to submission

• Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.

Essential skills required

• A strong proven track record of successfully bidding to win contracts and opportunities

• Demonstrable bid writing skills with the ability to present written information in a compelling, structured, and balanced way

• Highly-driven self-starter, but also possessing the ability to work as part of a team

• First-class communicator and presenter with the ability to communicate & present at a senior level

• Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrable understanding of bid processes and methodology

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency within documents and compliance with all tender requirements;

• Must possess excellent written and verbal language skills including proofreading

Desirable

• Lots of experience in bid management

• Experience in the rewards & incentive industry

• Degree level or equivalent education
