Accounts Administration Apprentice

As an Account Administration Apprentice within our Finance department, you will be working alongside the finance team, providing key support to the legal teams to ensure that cases are billed accordingly. ??The role will involve assisting with the preparation of legal accounts for expenses. At Jones Whyte, you'll be surrounded by people who will help you achieve your ambitions. Responsibilities:

Reviewing case management system files to see what work has been carried out

Collating invoices for payment made

Working within feeing guidelines to produce a legal account of expenses

Negotiation and agreement of expenses with the other side

Reviewing reporting and keeping accurate records of submission

Desirable skills:

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

A high level of attention to detail

Excellent MS Office skills

Salary:

£15,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
