A great opportunity is now available for a General Manager to lead a golf businesses in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. This is successful and multifaceted golf venue with good development plans in the near future, so this is an exciting time to join my client who offers proven career development paths.

Key Duties:

To be responsible and accountable for the overall management and operations of the golf clubs

To ensure that financial targets are achieved

To be responsible and accountable for the overall maintenance of centre and equipment

Ensure all staff are displaying, complying and championing the companys brand values both internally and externally

Ensure an enjoyable experience for all customers visiting the Clubs.

Respond to customer complaints or inquiries.

I am searching for a manager with experience in a multi-faceted leisure facility who may have worked within golf. A Club or General Manager with proven experience of implementing sales and marketing strategies and leading a team towards commercial goals.

The successful candidate with hold recognised qualifications in leisure and/or golf and be confident in performance reporting and forecasting.
