Project Architect

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £40-45,000

A well-established architectural practice based in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Architect looking to take on greater responsibility and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and take projects from initial concept through to completion.

The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, food retail, leisure, industrial and veterinary projects, offering excellent variety and exposure to projects across multiple RIBA stages.

Requirements

Qualified Architect with ARB registration

Previous experience working within a UK architectural practice

Proven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages

Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures

Strong Revit skills

Sound technical knowledge, including construction detailing and specification

Strong design ability with a keen eye for quality and detail

Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams

Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities, workloads and project deadlines

Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
