Salary: £110 - £140 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-renowned Secondary School based in Nuneaton, with classes ranging across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The school is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teacher Support Worker to become a valued member of the classroom team.

The school is looking to take on a Teacher Support Worker on a 1-year fixed term contract from September 2026, with the potential to become permanent for the right Teacher Support Worker. The successful applicant will work alongside the class teacher, providing practical support with day-to-day classroom activities and helping the teacher to ensure lessons and classroom routines run effectively.

The successful Teacher Support Worker will have:

Experience working within a secondary school or classroom environment

Experience assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities

Strong organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A flexible and adaptable approach

A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
