Customer Service Representive

As an experienced customer Service professional, you’ll understand how to manage challenging conversations, vulnerable and difficult customers, demonstrating a professional attitude on all calls. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to produce quality documents as and when required.
Responsibilities Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.Using computerised systems to access and update the details of our customers.1st point of contact for customer complaints.Escalating problems to a senior member of the teamProviding information to new and existing customers and introducersProcessing payments, when necessaryPerforming administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Initially a temporary contract but with great opportunity to become permanent for successful candidate.
Working hours: 35 hours per week Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm, 9.30am - 5.30pm, 10am - 6pm (on rota), Saturdays (on a rota basis)
£12.63ph - weekly pay via agency
Free on site parking
