Our work includes software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, automation, and tooling. We aim to make the bank of the future safer, faster, and more effective by enabling machine intelligence to provide insight and direction to colleagues.Our goal is to help you develop in a way that fulfills you and create an environment where you can do what you enjoy.ResponsibilitiesPractice scrum in a small engineering team within our Lab.Build scalable software using Python.Automate software and infrastructure delivery with technologies like Terraform, Python, Jenkins, Harness, and Cloud Build.Build and improve an ML cloud platform on GCP.Gain exposure to native Google tooling including GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Build, and more.Build, test, and deploy customised Workbench Instances.Support Data Science teams to productionise their models on GCP.Innovate by discovering new tools, methods, and approaches.Use your knowledge and experience to help shape our overarching strategy.Coach other engineers and steer the design of our software.What We’re Looking ForWe value diverse skills and backgrounds.
