This position sits within a leading UK property consultancy managing a predominantly industrial portfolio for major institutional investors. As part of a successful and growing Manchester team, you'll play a key role in overseeing complex assets, strengthening client relationships and helping drive the continued growth of the service line.


With exposure to significant national portfolios and some of the market's most recognisable clients, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategy while continuing to develop your own career within a business that actively promotes from within.


The Opportunity

  • Oversee a predominantly industrial commercial property portfolio
  • Manage relationships with major institutional clients
  • Take a lead role on landlord & tenant matters, service charges and asset performance
  • Work closely with FM, accounting and asset management teams
  • Be part of a business with a proven pathway to senior leadership


About You

  • Strong commercial property management background
  • MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
  • Confident managing clients and key stakeholders
  • Ambitious and looking to progress into a more senior position
