Job Description

Contract until the end of the year, and extended for another year

The Change Partners is partnered with a leading, globally recognised technology brand. They are looking for a detail-oriented European Data Analyst to join their Communications & Sales Support team.

You will be the bridge between raw performance data and impactful visual storytelling. Your mission is to gather multi-channel data, ensure its integrity, and deliver actionable insights that empower leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities:

  • KPI & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on core digital metrics, including web/app traffic, content resolution scores, social listening, community engagement, and campaign activity.

  • Data Hygiene & Accuracy: Mine raw datasets from multiple sources and collaborate with agency partners to maintain data consistency and structured visual formats.

  • AI & Exploratory Analysis: Leverage modern AI tools to monitor content performance across GEO and AI Search, applying statistical techniques to spot trends, correlations, and anomalies.

  • Dashboard Ecosystems: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that clearly translate complex findings for cross-functional stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

  • Web & Data Analytics: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Experience with AI/GEO tracking tools is a strong plus.
