THE ROLE IN SHORT:

Our HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters. They have a solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. Our HR Business Partner will lead on one of the following topics, HRIS & Payroll, Talent or Employee Relations.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING:

Strategic HR Delivery: Collaborate with departments to implement and execute HR strategies that support organisational goals and objectives.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

People Review: Lead the people review process and performance management process, including goal setting, goal evaluations, and succession planning, to drive employee engagement and performance improvement.

Training and Development: Assess training needs, shape the development of training programs, and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Compensation and Benefits: Provide expertise and support in the areas of compensation, benefits administration, and payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

HR Metrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics and analyse data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and inform decision-making.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or equivalent role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Proven experience in driving HR initiatives and change management processes.

HR certification CIPD preferred.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google suite and/or MS Office Suite.
