Managing all relationships and contracts with third party providers (payroll, pensions, and various benefits)

Preparing monthly payroll for approx. 300 employees

Work closely with the HR Systems & Shared Services Manager to further develop the integrated payroll and HR System (iTrent)

Act as first point of contact for employees on all pay, pension, and benefit queries

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position you will have:

Extensive payroll management experience

Be well-versed in managing external providers, ensuring they deliver on contractual requirements

Excellent payroll systems knowledge, ideally with iTrent

Significant knowledge of pension scheme admin and employee benefit schemes
