My client is an established, independent, leading Commercial Finance brokerage who are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their team to cover their West Midlands territory. They specialise is assisting SMEs navigate the complicated commercial finance market by using their experience and extensive panel of lenders to get the best solution for their clients. Their award winning team has built them a fantastic reputation within the industry and as a result of continued growth, they are now looking to grow the team. They have a fantastic culture and care about investing into their people and doing the right thing by the customer which results in low staff attrition and lots of happy faces.
As a Regional Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing new and existing relationships with clients and prospective clients (SMEs) across the West Midlands. Your goal will be to service these clients, assisting them with funding requirements through your panel of lenders whilst delivering against gross profit targets. My client has a proven support infrastructure and you will have an experienced team of Administrators, Sales Support, Underwriting and Marketing to support you in your day to day role. A full training program will also be in place so we are not necessarily looking for someone with in-depth lending experience however an understanding of commercial finance would be advantageous.
The role will be a mixture of home and field based as you will be expected to manage your own diary and to go out to meet customers face to face. A full UK driving license is required and you will only be considered for the role if you live in the West Midlands.
Requirements:
Proven experience within a field based role, managing own diary
New business sales experience showing consultative prospecting
B2B sales/account management experience is ideal
Ability to work under pressure and in a target driven environment
Self-starter and hard-working
Team player and strong stakeholder management skills
