What You’ll be Doing:
Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
Proactive in developing new business daily
Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face
Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk
Managing key accounts
Full accountability for your own sales
Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum 1 year recruitment background supported with sales success
Ability to build and develop business relationships
A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
A full UK driving licence
