KitKing is a 30-year-old teamwear outfitter. KitKing sells within the UK and worldwide to schools, grassroots sports clubs, professional sporting bodies and universities.
Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in innovative products and brands. You must be highly organized
and structured with entrepreneurial flare. The individual would be able to demonstrate a passion for team sports and our product
categories.
As an Ecommerce Manager you will have internal and external responsibilities working with our partner agencies,
brands and internal staff. You will be overall responsible for the commercial success of all ecommerce channels.
As an Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for coaching administrative staff within the ecommerce team and liaising with agencies on projects and monitoring performance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities .
The key responsibilities of this role is to ensure that the daily running of the e-commerce functions are supported. This role is split across both Kitking Ltd and the A Mistry group. The main responsibilities for this role are:
Overall responsibilities:
· Help drive sales via online platform through day to day implementation of the website critical path, updating promotions and price changes, changing assets, creating and merchandising products, page creation, and updating or adding new content.
· Report back on a daily/weekly basis on performance against key site metrics and KPIs
· Manage the ecommerce function
· Execution of various tasks depending on business needs
· Manage online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
Inventory Management:
· Work alongside buying to maintain store catalogue, involving managing product uploads and price changing.
· Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
· Identify any store errors and raise concerns
· Ensure content is accurate, up to date and correctly displayed on the website
· Manage improvements to help website speed
· Analyse various data to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
Digital Marketing Management:
· Oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing databases
· Work closely with 3 rd party agencies and Shopify agents, highlighting business direction and needs,
· Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
· Create and manage digital marketing plan in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
· Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
Reporting and Analytics:
· Monitor online performance of site storefronts.
· Report and analyse key metrics and help drive CTR and conversion rate.

Qualifications/Skills
Mandatory skills:
Previous Ecommerce/Marketing experience in a similar role
Website management experience using Shopify or similar
Basic understand of coding within Shopify
Strong Microsoft Office Skills in particular Powerpoint and Excel.
Experience in online merchandising and aware of the marketing Ps.
Knowledge and experience of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media.
Experienced in developing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
