Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful IFA requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to the Financial Advisers and wider team.
The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process; have experience using industry software, ideally gained within an IFA or financial services practice.
Duties for this role will include:
Supporting the provision of holistic financial planning service for both personal and corporate clients incorporating the use of protection products, investment products, pension planning and tax planning.
Assisting with the preparation of reports and research preparing for meetings and supporting the financial planner with clients. Post meeting, liaising with clients/providers to submit/process various types of new business.
Recommending improvements to clients’ records, systems and practices and assist as and when needed.
Organising and supporting every client as effectively and efficiently as possible to the Group’s standards and to ensure effective completion before review by Financial Planner.
You:
Ideally you will already have or willing to study towards the relevant qualification in Financial Planning.
Experience working for an IFA office or financial institution and have Financial Services administration experience.
