The Company

RFM Group carries out works for leading Insurers completing repairs in domestic properties following damage caused by a number of perils. We currently seek a Time served Joiner to join our team of experienced trades undertaking all aspects of building repairs carrying out works predominately in the central belt region of Scotland.

Due to expansion, we are looking for time-served, Joiner on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of joinery works including domestic and maintenance work, kitchens, bathrooms etc.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you must be a time-served Joiner with current qualifications. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:

* Experience of working within the insurance sector will be very advantageous.

* Demonstrable technical competencies, delivering high quality of workmanship

* Full UK driving licence

* Awareness of health & safety in the workplace

* Hardworking with excellent time management, working to targets and pre-determined timescales

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, committed to customer care

Responsibilities

* Utilise hand and power tools for carpentry and joinery tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

* Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications.

* Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining customer service standards.

* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

* Perform additional tasks such as roofing, plumbing, and electrical work as required.

* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

The company will provide the successful candidate with a company vehicle and cover travel expenses.
