Description
Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Manage budgets, forecasts and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Oversee and manage the accounting team to maintain accurate records.
Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Strong experience in financial management and reporting.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
