Sales Development Representative- Role Responsibilities:

Working within an inbound/outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls.

Delivering personalised solutions and top-tier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Manage a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring on-time customer retention and high year-over-year renewal rates.

Implement personalised retention strategies tailored to each customer's needs and preferences, fostering strong relationships and maximizing renewal outcomes.

Executing consultations, negotiations, and closures of energy contracts.

Cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities.

Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals.

Ensuring accurate customer data within the CRM system through regular updates and maintenance.

Upholding compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Sales Development Representative - Essential Requirements

Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth (KPI: Revenue).

Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering productive client interactions.

Ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.

Experienced in sales techniques and CRM (KPI: Conversion rates, Pipeline growth).

A self-motivated and results driven.

Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.
