REED Business Support is supporting an established organisation in South Tyneside with the recruitment of a Business Administrator. This role is an 8 month FTC until the end of 2024.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing all round administrative support to the Senior Management team

Switchboard management

Arranging travel and accommodation

Diary management

Setting up meetings, preparing presentations, taking minutes when required

Typing up letters, documents etc

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years’ experience (recent) working in an administrative role

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Highly organised and able to manage workloads effectively

Proactive and able to use own initiative

IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

This role is fully office based.
