Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Bar Manager for their high-energy, entertainment-led venue in Birmingham. This is a high-volume, wet-led operation with live music, food and entertainment running seven nights a week, so you'll need real pace and presence to lead it well. You'll take ownership of the bar operation end to end, from team performance and development to commercial results and guest experience. This is a business that invests properly in its people and expects the same energy back, so it suits someone who wants a career in hospitality, not just a shift.

Proven management experience in a wet-led, high-volume bar environment
A natural leader who sets the pace and brings energy to a team
Strong track record of coaching, developing and motivating people

Commercially sharp, comfortable with KPIs, sales and cost control
Ambitious and hands-on, with a real appetite to build a career in the sector
