This is a temporary role lasting around 5/6 weeks, with the potential for extension, and offers excellent flexibility around both working hours and location.

The Role

Working as part of a busy HR team, you will provide hands‑on support across a wide range of employee relations matters and wider HR activities, including:

  • Managing a high volume of employee relations casework from initial query through to resolution
  • Advising and coaching managers on UK employment law, internal policies and HR best practice
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance cases, including supporting investigations and formal meetings
  • Supporting managers with performance and capability matters

  • Producing and reviewing relevant ER documentation and correspondence
  • Supporting wider HR projects and organisational change activity where required
  • Providing additional support around TUPE activity where needed

This is a hands‑on role where you will be trusted to take ownership of your own caseload, provide pragmatic advice to managers and confidently manage a variety of employee relations matters.
