A Hybrid Role based in the Southwest, UK
Demand for Cervus’ products and services continues to grow across the Defence sector. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and technically minded Junior UI/UX Engineer to help us scale and delight our users with our data analytics capabilities across the UK and international markets.
The UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and building intuitive, visually consistent, and high-performance user interfaces for complex, data-driven systems. This hybrid role combines creative UX design with front-end engineering skills to deliver interfaces that support operators, analysts, and mission-critical workflows. The designer/developer collaborates closely with product, backend, and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration between UI components and distributed architectures.

Working location:
This role will be primarily based at either our Bristol or Westbury offices for approximately 2 – 3 days per week. It operates within a flexible hybrid working model, with the option for regular home working. The role will also involve travel within the UK and overseas.
