Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business in a varied and generalise role. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employers
  • Support the business with employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management, family leave etc.
  • Prepare HR documentation
  • Provide advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with updating and developing HR policies as required
  • Payroll administration
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Support with training and development initiatives including liaising with 3rd party training providers, and supporting the delivery of HR related training and the Company Induction
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Advisor in the UK
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification (or working towards)
  • Strong Knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience handling employee relations cases independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Flexible to attend offices across the UK as required
  • Full clean driving licence and own transport
