The Role
As Head of Finance you will support the Managing Director for the UK business and play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and planning within the organisation. Day to day duties will consist of:
Responsible for the overall management of all financial activities
Supporting the company's objectives to enhance and optimise the financial performance and strategic position
Prepare financial forecasts.
Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheets.
Staff Management
Working in partnership with Senior Management
Produce Annual budget P&L to be approved by the board
Ownership of revenue reporting: to include reporting against budget/forecast/targets.
Supporting MD in M&A and investment processes
Taking a lead on internal and external reporting processes both monthly and annually, including Group consolidation P&L and BS
Your Profile
You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant with previous experience in a Manufacturing/Stock/Sales environment looking for an opportunity to step up and take ownership within a UK subsidiary of a Larger European Group. Previous experience of working within in a Group Setting would be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
