Location: East & South Belfast Pay Rate: £20£23 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Hours per week: 40 hours Contract: Temporary / Ongoing DBS: Required Vehicle: Work van provided

We are currently seeking an experienced Tiler to join a repairs and maintenance team, carrying out tiling works across residential and commercial properties throughout East and South Belfast .

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Tiler looking for ongoing work, with a work van provided for travel between sites.

The Role

The successful Tiler will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of tiled surfaces across a range of properties. This will include routine repairs, replacement works and emergency tiling tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for tiling, including cleaning, levelling and applying adhesives.

Measure and cut tiles accurately to fit specific areas.

Install wall and floor tiles in bathrooms, kitchens and other areas.

Grout and seal tiled surfaces to provide a durable and waterproof finish.

Repair and replace damaged or broken tiles.

Inspect tiled surfaces and identify necessary repairs or replacements.

Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used and time spent.

Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety requirements and company policies.

Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in residents' and customers' properties.

Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns professionally.

Keep up to date with tiling techniques, materials and best practices.

Participate in an out-of-hours emergency repair rota where required.
