This isn’t just admin, you’ll be at the centre of operations, working closely with technicians, clients, and internal teams to keep projects moving, people engaged, and standards high.

If you enjoy working at pace, solving problems, and being the link that keeps everything together, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make an impact.

  • Managing mobilisation and demobilisation of technicians in line with project timelines
  • Coordinating PPE, travel, IT, and occupational health requirements ahead of deployment
  • Monitoring costs and supporting P&L awareness, flagging any risks early

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy really matters here

  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruitment, HR, finance, and operations

Experience & requirements

  • Previous experience in coordination, operations, or recruitment support roles
  • Understanding of compliance, onboarding, or workforce planning (ideal but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend sites
  • Solid IT skills and ability to manage multiple systems (e.g. CRM / trackers)

Why join us?

  • Be part of a growing business in the renewable energy sector
  • Play a visible, impactful role in delivering major offshore projects
  • Work with a supportive, high-performing team
  • Opportunity to develop
