Procurement Manager

Job Description

Who We’re Looking For

You have strong experience in procurement or supply chain management and enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment. You are commercially minded, analytical, and confident in negotiations, with the ability to build long-term supplier partnerships.

What You’ll Do

You will manage daily purchasing activities, oversee supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times. You will evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, technical capability, and availability, while maintaining accurate records and supplier databases.

You will continuously improve procurement systems and processes, develop purchasing policies, and define guidelines for tendering, quotations, and vendor selection. You will also support internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing daily procurement and purchasing activities
  • Negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, and terms
  • Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
  • Maintaining supplier databases and procurement documentation
  • Improving purchasing systems and processes
  • Defining procurement rules, guidelines, and sourcing strategies
  • Supporting internal teams and assigned projects
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing systems
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Very strong English written and spokenStrong planning, organization, and decision-making abilities
