Kickstart your career in Building Services Engineering with Dalkia Engineering and play a part in delivering innovative, energy-efficient solutions across the UK. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Mechanical Engineer to join our team initially in working on BioSTaR in Bracknell, Berkshire and then working on future projects in the South West as your experience develops.
This is a fantastic apprenticeship opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 4 Building Services Engineering Senior Technician qualification. You'll get dedicated support, progress reviews, and ongoing development opportunities throughout your course.
As a Trainee Mechanical Engineer, you'll work on this international research laboratory project, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to real-world engineering solutions. You'll develop technical skills, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of project delivery in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will initially be site based in Bracknell and this site is not accessible by public transport. Therefore, you will need to have a full driving or motorbike licence to be considered.
Qualification: Level 4 Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Building Services Engineering
Provider: Leeds College of Building
Format: Block release (1 week every 5 weeks) – all travel, accommodation and subsistence will be paid for by Dalkia during study weeks in Leeds.
