Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, committed, and self-motivated Lettings Negotiator to their busy, professional office. As an integral part of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are met.
Arrange property viewings and inspections, providing exceptional service.
Conduct viewings and property inspections within the City Centre.
Match suitable applicants to available properties.
Handle maintenance issues by coordinating with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
Manage Utility Bills for vacant properties.
Conduct thorough references for new applicants.
Prepare all legal documents between tenants and landlords.
Uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Skills:
Previous experience in lettings.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Motivated and target-driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach.
Good knowledge of the local area.
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (No Weekend Work) - Negotiable
