Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager – Group Reporting to join a growing international organisation. About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
  • Strong experience in multi-entity and multi-currency group reporting, consolidation, and management accounting
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting
  • Experience with financial planning and consolidation systems
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in corporate governance is desirable

About Your New Role

Always

  • Lead the group reporting function, producing management accounts and executive reporting
  • Manage the budget and forecasting process
  • Oversee multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and improve reporting systems to support financial planning

Often

  • Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and insight to support business decisions
  • Manage and develop a small finance team to deliver accurate reporting on time
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems

Occasionally

  • Support integration of new business units or entities into reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments on financial projects and analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Never

  • Work without access to support for professional development and growth
