You'll own features end-to-end, design through to production, in complex environments where the easy answer usually isn't the right one. You'll also help raise the bar across the team, mentoring engineers and shaping the standards everyone works to.

What you'll bring

Strong backend experience in C#/.NET
Comfortable in React and TypeScript
Solid Azure, CI/CD and containerisation experience
A genuine track record of clean, well-tested, maintainable code

Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
