Customer Advisor
Harlow
This is a fabulous company in Harlow who work within the Insurance Sector. They are now looking for another customer service advisors to join their warranties team to manage the administration of claims. This is through effectively managing inboxes, emails from customers and third parties ensuring these are updated on the system and allocated to the appropriate individuals to manage.
The ideal person will have worked in a similar office-based customer services environment, but they will consider someone with an alternative customer service background. You must be used to talking to customers and dealing with queries and questions as well as completing all the associated administration. Full training will be given.
The Ideal Candidate:
Able to take volumes of incoming calls
Excellent and proven Customer Service
Able to answer email queries
Have a high level of literacy and numeracy with strong communication skills
Ensure systems are updated with relevant case numbers
Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
Be competent using a PC and have good administrative skills;
Essential Skills
Computer literate.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Resilient attitude and a diplomatic approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-Motivated and proactive with a flexible approach within a growing business.
The offices are open planned with a nice company culture and a buzzy atmosphere with regular social events. There is an onsite restaurant and a comfy staff room with a pool table. There is plenty of free parking available.

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm with one Saturday morning in three - 9am to 1.00pm
