This agency are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their Business Support division in Manchester. This role involves recruiting across the commercial market, primarily placing candidates into permanent and fixed-term contract positions. Day-to-day of the role:
Engage in targeted business development, including making outbound calls.
Attend meetings with business clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Source suitable candidates for vacancies and manage the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Work towards targets and KPIs, using your high energy and excellent communication and listening skills to match the right people to the right opportunities.
