Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation based in Warwick, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about employee relations, compliance, and creating a positive work environment, then this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
Provides expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, appeals, medical capability, and TUPE.
Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Participates in the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practises and legal requirements.
Mediates conflicts and disputes between employees or departments.
Supports the employee relations team and management in offering guidance to employees dealing with work-related concerns and personal matters.
Provides guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
Participates in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Assists in establishing and implementing employee well-being initiatives.
Prepares and maintains accurate records of employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions.
Designs and delivers training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, case law, and HR best practises.
Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
Familiarity with conflict resolution and well-being programme development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Self-motivated and proactive in addressing challenges.
Impeccable timekeeping and attendance record.
