Senior Account Executive - Marketing

Senior Account Exec’s are key players in supporting and executing the operational and strategic direction of client accounts. They collaborate closely with the wider Client Servicing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with client objectives. They play a critical role in managing daily account activities and are instrumental in driving projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and execution of client campaigns in collaboration with the Client Servicing Team
Contribute to the strategic planning of campaigns by providing insightful data analysis and reports
Aid in the development of client growth plans and participate in client meetings as required
Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
Support the delegation of tasks within the team to ensure efficient workflow
Contribute to the maintenance and growth of allocated client accounts through in-depth understanding of client needs and industry trends
Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, suggesting improvements when necessary
Respond to client queries promptly and ensure client satisfaction
Support financial and administrative tasks related to client accounts
Work with the team to ensure all deliverables are of high quality and adhere to brand guidelines
Support the Client Servicing team in presenting work to clients and stakeholders
Help maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and the agency to ensure that all objectives are aligned and met

Pre-requisites
Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven track record of supporting account management for digital marketing campaigns
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
A good understanding of ABM strategies and the role they play within account management
Previous experience in client-facing roles with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships

£25-£30k Basic depending upon experience + 25 days + benefits
