Job Description

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Location: Solihull

Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

OTE: Up to £43,000 + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm + Saturdays on a rota basis

THE ROLE

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostic and repair work while ensuring all vehicles are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work

·Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults

·Using modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems

·Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required

·Carrying out repairs efficiently and to manufacturer standards

·Working towards productivity and efficiency targets

·Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation

·Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and Health & Safety standards

·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

·Working closely with the wider workshop and aftersales team

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with:

·Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
