What you'll do (and get rewarded for)

Prospect and research target organisations and decision‑makers

Generate opportunities via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn

Qualify needs, challenges and buying potential

Book high‑quality meetings for the Business Development / Key Account teams

Hit (and beat) daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Keep CRM activity accurate and follow structured outreach campaigns

Share market insight and competitor feedback to sharpen messaging

Salary & benefits (practical details)

Salary: £25,000 basic

Commission/OTE: uncapped commission; realistic £8,000 commission (OTE £33,000)

Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Location: Office-based (Weston‑super‑Mare)

Holidays: 28 days
