Job Description

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an onsite Senior Facilities Coordinator for a client Data Centre in Newport, Wales. The role covers coordinating FM requirements, supervising service contractors, and ensuring high-quality facilities management across CBRE sites.

The successful candidate will manage moves, vendors, budgets and reporting, with hands-on involvement in maintenance programs and safety compliance.
