Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with great IT
skills, ideally you will be experienced with using Sage,. This is
a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers,
takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to be part of
a team that values accuracy, This is a 9 month contract which
could go permanent and there is a salary of up £26,000.

.

The Role:

Process end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring
accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure payroll is processed efficiently and in line with
statutory obligations and internal procedures.
Carry out manual payroll calculations where required, including
adjustments, deductions and statutory payments.
Respond to payroll queries in a clear, friendly and timely
manner.
Upload pension calculations and submissions for a range of
pension providers.
Build positive working relationships with colleagues,
contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Assist the wider payroll team with administrative tasks,
deadlines and process improvements where needed.

A careful and accurate approach, with strong numerical skills
and excellent attention to detail.
A positive team player who is also confident working
independently and taking ownership of their workload.
Friendly and professional communication skills, with the
ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
A proactive, organised and dependable approach to work.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and remain calm
during busy payroll periods.
A flexible and supportive attitude, with a willingness to help
others and contribute to the wider team.
A genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality service and
doing the right thing for clients.

Additional Information:

You will be working 9am until 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday
