Warehouse Operative

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operative's to join our fast-paced logistics and warehouse team in NN6 Crick. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain by safely operating your truck, managing stock, and supporting general warehouse duties.

The role is long-term, and opportunities for permanent positions are available for the right candidates.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Weekend Rate: £19.07

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Role Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading containers

General warehouse duties, picking and packing

Conduct stock checks

Inbound and outbound

Prepare orders for shipping

Following site health and safety procedures

Working efficiently as part of a team

Heavy lifting is involved due to the nature of the product being handled

Candidate Requirements:

Own transport is essential due to site location and shift schedule

Previous warehouse experience is essential

Good understanding of English (spoken and written)

Willingness to work with heavy, bulky items daily
