Processing invoices

Handling internal and external queries

Supplier reconciliations

Assisting with sales ledger duties

Person Specification:

Previous purchase ledger experience

Experienced of invoice processing

Knowledge of GRNI reconciliation

Excellent Excel skills

Able to prioritise and manage heavy workloads

Confident communicator

Have the ability to identify improvement opportunities to existing processes
