Learning and Development Coordinator

Learning & Development Coordinator Salary - Dependent on Experience Solihull Full-Time Permanent

We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, supporting both individual career development and organisational success. To manage the provision of mandatory training to ensure that the business remains compliant to required legislation.

The key duties and responsibilities are:

Training Delivery and Coordination Create, design, and deliver training and development courses/initiatives aligned to business needs Work closely and regularly with key internal stakeholders to shape development requirements Proactively engage with external providers to source training provision, where required Continually review training materials and ensure their suitability, compliance, and relevance Collaboratively manage early career offerings, ensuring their suitability, compliance, and content Monitor development KPIs, recording monthly and offering insight Using our Learning platform to create an intuitive end to end Learning Management System Occasional travel to other sites which may require the need for an overnight stay.

Learners Be accessible to all staff on site for structured and ad-hoc meetings regarding training Provide face to face support and coaching to learners and key stakeholders Monitor learners regularly through reporting, coaching and structured meetings Be visible within the business and engage with all departments regularly Work collaboratively and professionally with line managers regarding their learners.
